One Year Warranty

Definitions:

This new Purehearaids-branded product ("Product") is warranted by the Distributor* of Purehearaids branded products to you, the original purchaser, for a period of one (1) year following the date of your purchase ("Warranty Period"), against flaws in the original manufacturer's materials or workmanship.

 

Your Product must have been purchased online at www.Purehearaids.com in the United Kingdom and United States, and came with this warranty statement in order to be eligible for this warranty.

How long does the coverage last?

One year (365 days) from the date you purchased the product is the length of the warranty period. Your purchase date is listed on the receipt you received along with the product.

What does this warranty cover?

Purehearaids will (at its sole discretion) either: (1) repair the Product with new or rebuilt parts; or (2) replace the Product at no cost with new or rebuilt comparable products or parts if an authorised repair centre or store personnel determines that the original manufacture of the Product's material or workmanship is defective. Purehearaids retains ownership of the products and components replaced under this warranty; you are not given them back. You are responsible for covering all labour and parts costs if you need service on any Products or parts after the Warranty Period has ended. This warranty is in effect as long as you own your Purehearaids product and the warranty period. If you exchange the Product for another item or sell it, your warranty coverage will end.

How to obtain warranty service?

Warranty is included in your original receipt.
